The Method
Shake the Dust® is a fresh, playful, and contemporary approach to managing stress, building resilience, and supporting sustainable performance. The program aims to physically release stress, boost energy levels, regulate the nervous system, and support focus and stamina — all within a safe, structured, yet liberating environment.
Each session is accompanied by a carefully curated playlist and personalised themes. Shake the Dust® combines elements of free movement with the tools of yoga and Pilates, all within a body-conscious approach — making it accessible to everyone, regardless of movement background.
