Biography
Anna Míra Finta is a Budapest-based media and performance artist, musician, movement researcher, and certified Shake the Dust® facilitator specializing in embodied living and nervous system resilience. Her work bridges somatics, dance, and high-energy movement practices to help individuals and teams release stress, strengthen emotional regulation, and increase sustainable performance capacity.
Through carefully curated, music-driven experiences, she creates structured environments where participants can reset, rest, reconnect, and return more resourced.
With a background in performance and multimedia arts, Míra holds a master's degree from the Hungarian University of Fine Arts and has continued her education internationally, including the Faculdade de Belas Artes in Lisbon and residency-based research at Culterim Studios in Berlin. Over the past years, she has facilitated workshops, immersive movement experiences, and activations across Europe.
